The Racinext website (racinext.com) and the Racinext app are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- When you subscribe to Racinext PRO, we will start charging you at regular intervals based on the plan you selected (monthly, semi-annual), with the first charge being at the time you subscribe.
- You can change the billing plan at any time as long as your subscription has no due payments.
- After you change the billing plan, all the future charges, starting from the next billing interval, will be applied based on the newly selected plan.
- You can cancel the subscription at any time.
- After you cancel the subscription, we will stop charging you, and the subscription will be terminated at the end of the last paid billing interval (unless you decide to resume it). You will lose access to the subscription’s benefits not earlier than the time of subscription termination.
- Until the subscription is terminated, you can still resume it. If you resume the subscription, it will no longer be terminated at the end of the last paid billing interval, and the recurring charges, as well as your access to the subscription’s benefits, will persist.
The Racinext app is designed to be used in conjunction with the games we support. Although we will make reasonable efforts to keep the app compatible with the latest versions of the supported games, we make no guarantees that the app will always be fully compatible, and in turn, functional.
