Version 1.1 of Racinext is now available. This update introduces significant improvements to how you can compare your lap times - not just between your cars, but also against global results.
Lap Times History Overhaul
The overhauled interface now allows you to easily compare your lap times and cars.
New Widget: Session overview
This new widget compares your best lap from current session (race) against top times in class.
From top to bottom it’s comparison against:
- Global top 1% time
- Personal record
- Personal car record
Next to personal car record is current ranking of the car among your cars. Below best lap is delta between last lap and best lap, and below that is the list of last 5 laps.
New Widget: Delta
This one probably doesn’t need an explanation. A live comparison of your current lap to your best lap of the session. The bar shows whether you are gaining or losing time at any given moment and delta time represents the total difference.
Updated Widget: Result viewer
Result viewer widget gained a section that shows the ranking of your cars in class on current route.
Compare Against Global Results
As you’ve seen above, the app now also compares your lap times against global top 1%. These global times are a snapshot from the in-game rivals leaderboards. Routes that have recently been added to a game might have bigger fluctuations on their leaderboards, so their times might get updated in future app updates. This update only includes times for road racing routes from FH5 but adding more is planned.
Auto Discard Of Slow Laps
An option to automatically discard lap times when driving slowly has been added. It is enabled by default. Right now the best way to trigger it is by backing off on a straight.
Other Changes
- Last selected tab in results history view now persists between app sessions
- Fixed crash when entering Event Island
- Fixed mouse pass-through to game when in drag mode
- Fixed location filter showing routes from all games instead of just the current game
